About us… We are the Music Centre based in Pembroke Dock, South Wales, dedicated to total customer satisfaction, and proud to be a leading supplier of music and musical instruments and accessories in Pembrokeshire.
Our trading hours are 9.30a.m. to 5p.m. Monday to Friday and 9a.m. to 4p.m. on Saturday. Telephone & Fax No. 01646 682811.If you are unable to get a reply please leave a brief message your name and contact number and we promise to call you back as soon as possible. We pride ourselves on a quick response to all enquiries and should the need arise to attend to any form of complaint or dispute we aim to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
Making a Purchase
Making a purchase is easy. Browse our Catalogue, and click on any items you wish to purchase and put them into the shopping basket. When complete select and click on "ORDER" and you will be requested to complete a few details for us to process your order.
If you require any items from "Mail My Music" follow the on line instructions, as this will be a separate transaction.
We accept most major credit cards, and after you complete your order follow the on line instructions to make payment. We will also accept payment by cheque accompanied with a valid cheque guarantee card.
You can if you so wish telephone us on (01646 682811) and we will attend to your needs over the telephone.
Shipping and Handling
The majority of our orders are shipped by Royal Mail. We aim to deal with each order as quickly as possible, in most cases we will despatch within 48 hours of receipt. Our trading terms will indicate 3 to 5 working days from receipt of order, allowing us to pick and pack your order. Should it become necessary to use other forms of shipping we will contact you either by e-mail or telephone to make what arrangements are necessary and to inform you of costs etc. If an item needs to be ordered we will contact you by e-mail or telephone to inform you of the delay and take instructions as to your requirements.
If items are placed on back order, when we receive these items we will e-mail or telephone you to inform you and arrange to ship them on. Once an order has been placed on "SPECIAL ORDER" it cannot be cancelled therefore it is important to be aware of the estimated delivery time.
Prices
All items shown on our site are including VAT at the standard rate (where applicable).Prices are subject to change without out prior notice from time to time. This would be applicable mainly due to price increases imposed by suppliers or increases in postal charges.
Postage and package will be shown separately, when you come to the payment section of your transaction.
When making an enquiry should you require a VAT quotation please indicate, at which time all prices will be shown less VAT and this will be shown as a separate item at the bottom of the quote.
Returns Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply follow the following instruction….
Contact us by e-mail or telephone with your problem and we will endevour to put the matter right. However we do not offer refunds on any item, the item can be replaced like for like or a credit note issued for the full value of the item (including postage and package) on receipt of the goods to our store
THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER
All new items sold are supplied with a twelve month guarantee. Should we be unable to resolve the problem on site every effort will be made to ensure that the item is either repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.
